Cas Purdy | Founder & Principal

I’m Cas Purdy, founder of PURDYPR and a fractional Chief Communications Officer.

I launched PURDYPR to bring executive-level communications leadership to businesses that need strategic expertise—without the cost or overhead of a full-time executive. For more than 25 years, I’ve led global marketing, communications, and PR efforts that help businesses find their voice and make sure the right people hear it.

My work spans cybersecurity, cloud, software, and renewable energy—with a focus on rebrands, strategic messaging, and high-impact campaigns. I’ve built teams, repositioned companies, and helped drive outcomes that matter—from market visibility to acquisition.

Before launching PURDYPR, I led brand and communications strategy at Amshore Renewable Energy, driving a full transformation that reshaped how the company showed up in the market. Prior to that, I was VP of Marketing & Communications at Trustwave, where I helped establish its leadership in managed security services—culminating in its $850 million acquisition by Singtel.

Earlier roles included senior communications posts at Guidance Software (now part of OpenText), Forcepoint (formerly Websense), IBM, and Tivoli Systems.
